It is with great pleasure that we announce our Nontender Group C recipient for the 2024 season. These players have put it in years of effort and sacrifice to grind out careers in the MLB, but it simply has not been enough. Please meet our 2024 Group C player!
Zack Short - Infielder (League Minimum, $740,000)
In 2023, Raimel Tapia joined an exclusive club of 472 players to have made at least one plate appearance in a season where they played for 3 or more clubs. Yeah, that's all-time! Unfortunately he only managed to post a .236/.318/.339 triple slash in that time.
